Under 40 CEO Lekan Olude has been appointed as a member of the Steering Committee to setup the Young Directors Forum of the Institute of Directors.
He made the announcement on his Instagram page;
I’m glad to announce that I’ve been appointed as a member of the Steering Committee to setup the Young Directors Forum of the Institute of Directors.
The goal of the Young directors forum is to build the skills and necessary competencies in the millennial directors of this age through structured programmes that will help them to add immense value to business growth and national economic development by modeling sound corporate governance practice.
I’m grateful for this great opportunity to make more impact and I will continue to commit and dedicate myself to the growth of the Institute of Directors.

Founded In May 1983, the Institute of Directors Nigeria (IoD Nigeria) is a Professional Institute which promotes directors, develops corporate governance, represents members to government and enhances the economy for business development. IoD Nigeria has been at the forefront of promoting good governance practices in Nigerian companies and the Public Sector.
In 2019, Lekan Olude was appointed by Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun as Special Adviser, Job Creation and Youth Empowerment.
Prior to his appointment, Olalekan was the co-founder and Executive Director at Rovedana Limited, a business outsourcing company that provides employment to Nigerians. In 2009, he, alongside two others, founded Jobberman, where he operated in the capacity of a COO.
Olalekan is also a founding partner of African Talents Company – an executive recruitment agency.
Before co-founding Jobberman, Lekan Olude had worked with TeleMobile Nigeria Limited as Network Engineer and Goldman Sachs as Technology Analyst.
