On Friday the 17th of January 2020, Steve Babaeko, founder of leading creative advertising group X3M Ideas was inducted into the Under 40 CEOs Hall of Fame.
Steve Babaeko is a Nigerian advertising and music executive, founder of X3M Ideas, a Lagos-based digital advertising agency that was listed in 2017 as “one of Nigeria’s fastest growing communication agencies.
The induction came as a recognition for his contribution towards building a new generation of creative business leaders and being a solid role model to many young Africans.
The Under 40 CEOs Hall of Fame is reserved for business leaders who have not only demonstrated the capacity to build a sustainable business but who continue to break personal and corporate records. Most importantly, they leverage their platform for raising the next generation of business leaders.
